The Candidate must complete all the units below to gain the Level 6 Diploma.

7. Controlling Project Progress Against Agreed Programmes in the Workplace

9. Planning Historical Conservation/ Restoration Activities in the Workplace

10. Ensuring that Work Activities and Resources Meet Project Work Requirements in the Workplace

11. Identifying, Allocating and Planning the Deployment and Use of Plant, Equipment or Machinery in the Workplace

12. Organising, Controlling and Monitoring Supplies of Materials in the Workplace

13. Establishing and Monitoring Communication Systems and Organisational Procedures in the Workplace

14. Establishing Project Dimensional Control Criteria in the Workplace

15. Controlling Project Quantities and Costs in the Workplace

16. Planning and Scheduling the Maintenance or Remedial Activities of Property, Systems or Service in the Workplace

17.  Identifying and Enabling Learning Opportunities for Given Work Teams in the Workplace

 

Optional Units - Candidates must complete a minimum of two units but can elect to complete all unit which will be recorded on the certificate

19. Providing and Monitoring Construction-related Customer Service in the Workplace

20. Establishing, Controlling and Monitoring Environmental Factors and Sustainability in the Workplace

21. Planning the Preparation of the Site for the Project or Operation in the Workplace
