At MHG Training we don't deliver thousands of random courses, we specialise in delivering Construction Management courses. All our assessors are highly experienced in the Construction and Highway's sectors. It is a minimum requirement, to work as an assessor for us, to have at least 10 years experience and all have worked as Site Managers, Contract Managers or Construction Managers so they can relate to the experiences of Supervisor and Manager in the industry. All our assessors are Chartered Members or Fellows in the area they assessing.  As well as experience in the Construction Industry they are also all qualified as Assessors and Verifiers (IQA's) so understand the process from start to finish.

We are here to make your NVQ journey as easy as possible for you to complete and achieve your goals. We will guide you through every step with examples and discuss with you how you can achieve each element.

Because of the way we structure our qualifications, they can be completed at your own pace and the supportive nature of our staff ensures we can openly and actively encourage candidates who are not academically inclined to apply for our courses.

On achievement of our courses, we can offer additional assistance to individuals who would like to work towards Chartered status and the industry recognition that comes with this.

We can tailor the Assessment around you and what best suits your individual circumstance including face-to-face meetings but not just 9 to 5 we can do nights or weekend if it suits your shifts better. If you can't do face-to face we can do Skype, Teams, Zoom, telephone, Face-time, email or open to any other communication form that suits you.
